Design a lecture and workshop to raise healthcare professionals’ (HCPs) confidence in initiating adherence conversations, positively influencing patient behavior.
What we did:
- Developed an educational lecture and interactive workshop to be delivered to a multidisciplinary audience during a two-day national HCP symposium, which was sponsored by our pharmaceutical client.
- Included detailed case studies around context and patient profiles to prompt engaging role play and discussion.
The sessions were very well received, prompting the client to commission compressed one-hour ‘lunch and learn’ workshops, delivered via their sales team. We were also asked to develop educational videos on key topics, which the client launched on their online HCP hub.
